Body Boost™ 2023 Summer Class Pass

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

For our Body Well™ mamas, these are the workouts you know and love from our Transformation sessions, but in standalone form. Our summer session will not include a nutrition component or initial and final assessments, but will include small group accountability and keep your fitness on track until our Fall Transformation session kicks off!

This pass includes 16 visits, which can be used for either virtual workouts via Zoom on Wednesdays, or in-person workouts at Atlanta Rowing Club on Saturdays. This session will run from Wednesday, June 7 through Saturday, August 26.
