Body Boost® Summer 2024 Pass

This pass includes 16 visits to use for virtual and in-person classes for our Body Boost® Summer 2024 session, running June 5 - August 24, 2024. Body Boost® is a results-oriented, 60-minute mom-only HIIT workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

For our Body Well® mamas, these are the workouts you know and love from our Transformation sessions, but in standalone form. Our summer session will not include a nutrition component or initial and final assessments, but will include small group accountability and keep your fitness on track until our Fall Transformation session kicks off in September!

This pass includes 16 visits, which can be used for virtual workouts via Zoom on Wednesdays at 6:00am and/or in-person workouts at Atlanta Rowing Club on Saturday mornings at 7:00am. You will also receive access to a password-protected library of hundreds of recorded Body Boost® classes to supplement your workouts on your own schedule. This session will run from Wednesday, June 5 through Saturday, August 24.
