Spring 2023 Body Well® Transformation

1) Before & After Fitness and Body Assessments

We begin with assessments, fitness and health goals, body measurements; and before and after photos.

2) Digital Recipes & Nutrition Accountability

Each participant will complete a weekly food journal to be reviewed weekly by a registered dietitian. A digital nutrition guide and a recipe book written and tested by real moms will be provided. No extra supplements to buy, just real food the whole family can eat. No elimination dieting.

3) HIIT Training Classes 4 Times a Week

Each week you choose 2 classes from 4 options of in-person classes HIIT or SAQ focused drills. Choose the days & times each week that work for you.

4) Digital At-Home Workouts

Each participant is provided access to our digital at home workouts designed to help you gain more core and upper body strength.

5) Weekly Email + Progress Check-ins

Every week you receive a personal check-in email, text, and or call plus a challenge to help keep you on track and held accountable.

6) The magic of Body Well® is the FIT4MOM community

Access to an exclusive Body Well Facebook group for sharing and connecting. Share your fitness goals and participate in fun weekly challenges. This is not a bootcamp class with 50 people. This is a small group of women inspiring each other to real transformation. You will also be a part of the larger FIT4MOM Roswell Alpharetta Perimeter community, Our Village. This is your support network. The families you can do your life with. The moms who can help you find your Strength in Motherhood.

Spring 2023 Body Well begins Saturday, March 18th and runs through Saturday, May 20th, 2023.
